Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds for subscriptions and marketplace purchases.

1. Marketplace refunds
Orders may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. When a refund is processed, the platform's 10% commission is automatically returned to the seller.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the cycle.
